Fashion Icon Oscar de la Renta to Present 2006 Spring Line at
Angels of Hope Luncheon and Neiman Marcus Fashion Presentation

HOUSTON-(July 15, 2005)-Lynda Transier and Yvonne Cormier, along with the Friends of Child Advocates will kick off this year's holiday social season in grand fashion with the annual Angels of Hope Luncheon and Neiman Marcus fashion presentation..

Chaired by great friends Transier and Cormier, the Angels of Hope Luncheon happens Thursday, November 29 at the Westin Galleria's Grand Ballroom. Being honored this year is "model mom", former Child Advocates court appointed advocate volunteer and owner of Page 713 and Page 214 modeling agencies, Page Parkes-Eveleth. One of the highlights of this year's event will be a special guest appearance by fashion icon, Oscar de la Renta.

The event will commence with a private reception with Oscar de la Renta for Angels of Light sponsors (more details to come) and a pre-luncheon reception from 11:30 a.m. - 12 noon, followed by a fashion presentation of Oscar de la Renta's Spring 2006 collection from 12 noon - 1:30 p.m. Last year's luncheon boasted a crowd of nearly
600, with a special appearance by Carolina Herrera.

Tables range from $2,500 - $25,000. Sponsorship/table packages peak at $25,000 for the Angels of Light Sponsorship which offers a priority runway table for 10 guests, a private reception with Oscar de la Renta, special recognition at the event and a $100 Neiman Marcus gift card for the host or hostess.
