Commitment to children, objectivity, tenacity and great communication skills are several of the key characteristics of great court appointed advocate volunteers. We'll teach you the rest in Advocacy University - Child Advocates' comprehensive volunteer training program that empowers individuals to become effective advocates.
Advocacy University is offered several times each year and provides an instruction-based, interactive forum for individuals who are interested in becoming a court appointed advocate volunteer.
*If you plan to become a court appointed advocate, you must attend an orientation session prior to attending Advocacy University.
