Going Over the Edge

Last Saturday, our board chair, Eddy De Los Santos and advocacy coordinator, Kimberly Bramlett both faced their fear of heights to go 'Over the Edge' for the Grace School fundraiser. These daring individuals rappelled down the side of a 10 story building to help raise funds and awareness for Child Advocates.

With loud music playing and supporters cheering, Kimberly was all smiles as she worked her way down to the ground. She loved every minute of this once in a lifetime experience.

Eddy received big hugs from his children once he finished, and though he was very uncomfortable with heights, he posted later that day on Facebook, "Overcoming a fear of heights is nothing compared to the life changing events that abused and neglected children overcome every day. Get involved. Become an advocate".
