Chastiti Horne: “We’re boots on the ground”

Chastiti Horne has been a Child Advocates volunteer for more than two decades. She is a wife, a mother of three young children and managing partner of her law firm, Horne Rota Moos. Chastiti recently had the chance to share her story with Houston Chronicle. She explains her role as an advocate and how she has made a direct impact for the children she has helped over the years.
