Child Advocates
Commitment to children, objectivity, tenacity plus great communication skills are several of the key characteristics of great advocate volunteers. We'll teach you the rest in Advocacy University - Child Advocates' comprehensive volunteer training program that empowers individuals to become effective advocates.
Advocacy University is offered several times each year and provides an instruction-based, interactive forum for individuals interested in becoming advocate volunteers.
*If you are planning on becoming an advocate, you must first complete an online or in-person orientation AND an Advocate Application before attending Advocacy University. There is no registration for Advocacy University - you will be given information to attend once you have completed orientation and an application.
