Outlook Web Access (OWA)
OWA allows you to access your Child Advocates, Inc. email account via the Internet.
Terminal Services (RDP)
IF YOU HAVE BEEN GRANTED ACCESS, RDP allows you to access resources as though you were sitting in your office (F, Jedi, RE; please contact your IT Manager if you are unsure). Connecting to our internal resources is a two step process: 1) obtain internet access 2) create a Terminal Services (RDP) connection: Backup remote access should only be used if you are unable to connect using the above steps. It is a three step process 1) obtain internet access 2) login to vpn website to create vpn connection 3) create a Terminal Services (RDP) connection: *files are sslvpnclient.exe, sslvpnclients-all.zip
