Resource Description
Office 365 Email Check your email, calendar, OneDrive and other Office 365 resources from a web browser. You may prefer to use instead, which is the Office 365 home page for all applications.
Office 365 Member Home Access internal data on our SharePoint 365 website, including organization files, internal calendars, policies and process guides, links to specific department data, etc.
Jedi (Case DB) When outside our office, use this link to update case information using a web browser (without needing to use full remote access). You may want to go directly to the case files website instead.

IF YOU HAVE BEEN GRANTED ACCESS, RDP allows you to access resources as though you were sitting in your office (F, Jedi, RE; please contact your IT Manager if you are unsure). Connecting to our internal resources is a two-step process: 1) obtain internet access 2) create a Terminal Services (RDP) connection.
