Style with a Purpose: 2025 Angels of Hope Luncheon

On Thursday, December 4, over 300 friends and supporters of Child Advocates came together for a beautiful afternoon at the Royal Sonesta Houston Galleria for the 27th annual Angels of Hope Luncheon and Fashion Presentation. The elegant afternoon combined a dynamic runway show, inspiring programming and a festive shopping experience, all in support of Houston’s abused and neglected children.

This year, Neiman Marcus wowed attendees with a stunning fashion presentation, featuring elevated holiday and winter looks. Models showcased luxurious evening wear, curated holiday ensembles, and sophisticated seasonal styles created exclusively for the event. Meanwhile, the foyer transformed into a boutique marketplace, where nine local vendors offered unique gifts, accessories and home goods—each contributing a portion of sales to Child Advocates.

Guests also had the chance to win exceptional raffle prizes, including a $500 shopping experience at Saint Bernard in the River Oaks District, a Debra Linse custom-created crystal handbag, plus a generous $5,000 shopping spree at Chardé Jewelers.
The program featured remarks from The Honorable Angela Graves-Harrington of the Harris County 246th District Court, who shared her firsthand perspective on the importance of advocacy within the child welfare system and the lasting impact of ensuring every child has a voice.

The Angels of Hope Luncheon continues to be a beloved community tradition, raising both essential funds and awareness for Child Advocates’ mission. This year’s event delivered a meaningful kick-off to the holiday season, thanks to the generosity and support of the Houston community.
